Splonker

A rather rare term used specificly for a person who is really a wanker but actually posses no cock with which to toss off with. Also similar to plonker but rather different as it is actually a reference to a pertruding object centered on someones forehead. Also known as a Townly

the real definition of "splonking" is observing caves. Well think of that in the same sense but with a dirty mind. A guy observing or more a girls 'cave' is splonking.
