Pillai's sign is the visible pulasation of the vulva as a sign indicating aortic regurgitation.

Thankyou kindly for asking me to perform a cardiovascular examination of this 22 year old female patient.

On inspection from the end of the bed, the patient seemed calm and comfortable and there were no paraphernalia of cardivasular diease around the patient's bedside.

On closer inspection Corrigan's, de Musset's, Duroziez's and Pillai's Sign were all present.
