adj. 1. having qualities of being observant and over-thinking. 2. not getting things done from overthinking or going off on tangents; procrastinating. 3. Being intellectual and creative in areas that aren’t noticed by many people.
One is said to be Patrickesque when they think they know the answer but they aren’t quite sure, dwelling on it forever.

When a teacher treats a student differently and underestimating him just because he cant speak english when really he is a genuis is considered a very Patrickesque situation.
