Usually found around her trailer or driving a trashy, beat-up automobile with several grimy kids running around and another she's carrying in one hand while she holds her cigarette in the other (free) hand. Most common in the Southeastern U.S. Married to some Bubba type most likely.

That hick mamma sure got mad when we threatened to cut off her disability check.
