A hand-job lesson is a training exercise for hand-job squires. The guy who is giving the lesson takes the hand of the hand-job squire and gently wraps it around his own hand which is jacking his own dick. The purpose is to teach the squire the pressure, speed, rhythm, and anything else that the guy likes when he jacks off and cums.

i'm sorry, i don't usually pick faults with grammar as grammar rules can sometimes be too picky but i'm afraid the phrase is 'teach you a lesson' not 'learn you a lesson'. that's why a teacher teaches, and a pupil learn.
