A juggalo is a person who follows Psycopathic records, they also listen to many other horrorcore artists. It is often said that is all Juggalos listen to, but that is not the case. They also listen to metal from iron maiden to cannibal corpse. Some listen to classic rock as well. The family aspect comes from a deep friendship and respect for one another. They have strong veiws that most don't understand. Juggalos are very much againt racism spousal abuse and hard drugs. Sure most juggalos will smoke a joint, but the majority wouldn't even consider doing meth or heroine. All of the hate you read about juggalos comes from ignorant people who don't know what they are talking about. you will never have a more loyal friend than a juggalo. If you get jumped by eight guys your juggalo friend will step in regardless of possible harm that may befall him. I've been a juggalo aslong as I can remember, and I have NEVER threatened or yelled at anyone for not liking Icp, everyone is entitled to thier opinion.

This is my "definition" of a Juggalo.....
(i use quotations because this word cannot truly be defined)
First off, let me just say that the word "Juggalo" (coined by the musical group "Insane Clown Posse") is a loose term encompassing a large portion of the world's population, and is by NO MEANS limited to describing or labeling fans or followers of ICP, psychopathic records, or the Dark Carnival.
Basically, a Juggalo is a person, animal, fictional character, aluminium can, etc. who doesnt see themselves as "normal" ..... In most cases, self-proclaimed Juggalo's come from middle- to lower-class society, and grew up being led to believe that being "different" makes you different. At some point, they rejected this bullshit, in most cases not without help from the music of ICP or related artists.
In any case, you can pretty much lump the majority of the following people into the category of "Juggalo":
-outcasts
-misfits
-scrubs
-revolutionary's
-Free Thinker's
and basically anybody who doesn't give a fuck about what others think of them.

A juggalo is a very devoted fan of the acid rap group icp. Juggalos are often stereotyped due to their violent representation. Often found among the juggalo populous are people who are filled with hate. Many juggalos are homophobes, and a few are racists. But on the other side, lots of juggalos happen to be actually nice people, despite their rather peculiar appearance.
there's my denotation of a juggalo, and apparently this is a hot topic, so i'll also post my opinion
I'm a hippy. Yes. Being a hippy, i detest all of the disgustingly violent imagery displayed by juggalos all across the nation. But i have met a few juggalos who, although violent, are very tolerable people, a couple are actually very funny. I am totally disgusted with homophobes and with racists, and for that reason, i choose not to search in the juggalo crowd for any good friends. But i think that most of them are just confused, they'll turn out.
To the juggalos,
if you made it through this, my respect for you is high, but please, for the sake of yourself, dont get a hatchetman tatoo. They just look like a stamp of hate on your body, and once your amygdala stops swelling, and your frontal lobe develops, you'll regret it

Ok, for everyone who keeps on saying that a juggalo is some retarted freak person who listens to icp, shut the fuck up. we listen to all kinds of music. rock, rap, country, ballet, elevator music. all of it.

we are leaders, not so much of other people, but, of our own lives. that don't mean we are total rebels, but just independent thinkers--leadership
the god you probably go to worship every sunday and wednesday is the same one i worship. not only me, but tens of thousands of other juggalos do. we just believe in a complex metaphor for the way god is presented. for those of you who say the dark carnival is "the god" i believe you are wrong. i think its just another way to get god come close to us and we can understand him, in a more dark kind of way, without making him or ourselves less holy, other in that of psycopathic records, which we don't all listen to.--religious

A juggalo is not simply a 'fan' of ICP. Being a juggalo means more than that to someone who is one. Juggalos don't take sh*t from anyone. They always got each others back in a fight. They believe in the message behind the Dark Carnival. Juggalos know what the true meaning of the Carnival. They know that it's about God. The message is about God. Juggalos aren't 'gang members'. We're just simply a group of people who found the right path of life to take.
