The term Hipler is a portmanteau of Hitler and Hipster and describes a modern subculture that derives individual and group identity through strong adherence to cultural, fashionable socio-political trends.
Like a hipster, when regarding fashion, a hipler does not innovate, instead imitating and coopting current trends in areas such as fashion or music.
The hipler however extends this interiorization and co-option of #trending phenomena to social and political spheres.
