drama dialing

Just like an alcoholic is prone to drunk dialing, a dramaholic has the habit of doing a lot of drama dialing. The act of chain calling a number of people to repeat in detail the same random act of drama that, after the third call, loses its initial urgency. Typical behavior of the resident drama queen, drama dialing takes drama to the next level.

Sheesh, I am so over all of Tiff's drama dialing about her saga last night.

benjamin darling

Benjamin Darling was a black man from Malaga Island off the coast of Maine in the middle to late 1700's. Malaga Island was home to decendants, also known was the 'maroon society' due to their black skin. In 1912, rich mainland-ers in the dead of night went to the island and took families from their home, killing most of them, while the survivers went back to the mainland as slaves. Between 1773 and 1774, Benjamin Darling, slave on a ship under comand of Captian Darling (no known relation, alothough it is speculated that Benjaming was his son from a slave he had an affair with in previous years), the ship got caught in bad seas and Benjamin saved the captians life pulling him a shore. The captian then gave Benjamin his freedom and some money to buy himself a home.

Darlington

'Darlo'. Chav-central of County Durham, North East England. Full of gypsies, chavs, posers, wannabe hard-lads. Has a shitty shopping centre called the Cornmill, which has like 10 shops that aren't semi-decent. Majority white (not necessarily a bad thing), but quite a few come across as very thick when they say shit about other races. Has a shitty school called Hurworth.
