A university maintenance employee that refuses to work and who pretends to have virtues, moral or religious beliefs, principles, etc., that he or she does not actually possess, especially a person whose actions belie stated beliefs.

That maintenance man is a “BOBO Dickerson” he stands around smoking all day and complains about other people not doing their job.
