Pickled Bunion nose

A big bulbous nose with pot holes and a build up of black heads and fungus. Usually has long busy back combed hair, with yellow highlights preformed by a private hair dresser.

Person 1: Hi i am a pickled bunion nose, i have exessive mould growing off my nose"
Person 2: "Oh whys that"
Person 1: "Because ive got got lots of blackheads and its extremely pickled"
