Get the Novamug. NoVa, commonly spelled "nova" or "Nova," is slang for Northern Virginia.
In its four counties (Fairfax County, Arlington County, Loudon County, and Prince William County), NoVa contains the majority of Virginia's state population and economic ties. In fact, the economy is so efficient and plethoricly wealthy, that all four counties are in the top ten highest-earning counties in the United States.
Most people consider Northern Virginians to be snotty, arrogant, rich, and easily offended. This is not completely true. Rich, mostly yes. Arrogant and snooty, sometimes. Easily offended, not necessarily.

Get the novamug. A really big (the biggest) english language school in Japan (eikawa). It is a company that doesn't give a shit about it's employees or its customers. It fails to pay its staff and creditors or refund its students. It will endeavour to fuck all staff and students out of as much money as it can legally (and illegally) get away with.
The name NOVA is a derivative of NO VAcation and refers to the fact that staff and instructors recieve no vactions, benefits or entitlements as guaranteed under japanese law.
