A wizard is much like a beast. Someone who is well above average in a certain field or someone who has just performed an amazing feat.

Wizard

Financial term used in the power markets to enable two counterparties who do not have credit to trade. The middle man of the transaction takes on the counterparty risk, nad hence is called the "Wizard". Also know as a "sleeve"
