Schellinger environment

Toxic work environment, especially those rampant with: 1) extreme micromanagement, 2) lack of respect, 3) excessive emphasis on performance metrics, 4) hostile feedback, and 5) high employee turnover.

a player that is new to a team or organization, particularly pertaining to higher level athletics; a (stupid) rookie. Plural: "schmelties", "schmelts". Synonyms: rookie, schmelt, freshman, 1st year.

The schmelty had to wear a pink "Disney Princess" backpack to all home games as part of his initiation.
