An insulting word often used to describe someone's stupidity. Commonly used by the younger generation of 12 year olds who try to be hard but not sweary.

Douglas, those were my depression tablets, they aren't a snack you spazmoid!

A small ginger gimp, who despite being eighteen pervs on smaller girls over facebook, appears to be twelve himself so as to disguise the evil within and worse of all sports ironically terrible tattoo's of dragons.

Also can be used to describe an unattractive freckled kid
