Pugsly

The best dog on the planet. The definition of a “good boy”. Pugsly is not only the perfect pupper, he’s also an awesome friend. If you have a Pugsly, you’ve been running out of dog treats for years due to this fat tubby puppy constantly begging for treats. He gives you those adorable little eyes and you just can’t say no, you must feed him your food even if it’s your favorite type of food.

He is the goodest boy. And yes, he is a pug.

Alternatively it could be a reference to a much hated council candidate in the UK Midlands council elections who was renowned for very poor personal hygiene and even poorer personal morals.
