They're stereotyped as either

1. An annoying 12-14 year old weeb who tryna act all either edgy or woke with their trashiest opinions or thoughts (e.g MHA, AOT, or other popular anime)
2. An incel misogynistic pedophile with the trashiest opinions, especially with social and political topics (e.g a random anime girl or worse a Loli)

Person 1 with Anime Profile Picture: *inserts opinions, most probably a trashy one*
Person 2: Anime Profile Picture, invalid opinion.

Girls take pictures of themselves, pick their favourite one and post it as their profile picture. Sometimes, girls use two or three of the pictures and use a picture editing website called Picnik. Girls edit the shit out of their pictures to make themselves look somewhat hot. What's the point of all of this? To get "Likes" on their pictures. It's almost as if it's a race to get the most likes on your profile picture. It gets so bad, that some girls delete their picture they just posted if it doesn't get enough likes within a certain amount of time.

"Woah, that girl looked so hot in her profile picture... now that i think of it, she's ugly as fuck in person"

Anime Profile Pic Energy

Someone who shares the same "qualities" as the average person who has an anime profile pic. the average people who have an anime profile picture have the shittiest takes on the internet, they spend most of their time arguing with others on social media about their opinions on subjects that are dumb/childish. their tactics of arguing consist of correcting the grammar of others, using the dryest roasts of all time, and blocking others after replying with a mediocre comeback to avoid the further invalidation of their argument.
