Also known as New York and the HBIC (Head Bitch In Charge), Pollard is a head strong, outspoken, independent black woman from New York.

She is the Queen of Memes & Reality TV, as she set the blueprint for how many reality personalities on tv try to behave ever since her rise to fame. Because of her honest reactions and expressive remarks, memes of Pollard are used and she is quoted all over the world on social media and most prominently Stan Twitter.

Tiffany began her career starring in VH1's ''Flavor Of Love'' in 2006, and starred in it for 2 season's before VH1 offered her her own show. She was the only member of the show to genuinely compete to be with Flava Flav, and not just to have fame and money like the other cast.
