A person that buys a car to make up for some other lacking feature. ie, can't afford a real race car, or needs to bring special attention to himself. Females are not applicable to being a "Corvette owners" as they actually enjoy the ownership of the vehicle not the attention that it brings. A real corvette owner will not drive in the rain nor drive if rain is in the forecast. Rain will melt a corvette owner just as it melts snowflakes.
At the traffic light next to me was a corvette owner. 2019 White nice looking car. When we took off, I heard the car stall as he was not proficient with a manual transmission.

Somebody who is not sure of the road rules or how to drive and require some assistance driving on the right side of the road. Often times you will catch them rolling through wealthy neigborhoods admiring houses and running stop signs.
