A term used to refer to someone with either an intellectual disability or, in a broader context, any condition that may pose problems in an educational setting, which can include non-behavioural or learning disorders, e.g., diabetes.

A statement of special needs absolutely does not imply retardation.

Can be shortened to "SND".

"Did you hear that question Special Needs Donkey just asked me? How does he even dress himself in the morning?"

A sarcastic way of saying you don't believe the story you're being told. You're basically "helping them" to make the story more creative, while at the same telling them you know it is a story and not actually true.

Person: "So I met Prince Harry and got his number but then I lost it."
Me: "Cool story, needs more dragons."
