Non affiliated caucasian. A term used in california corrections system by white inmates referring to white inmates who aren't 'with the biz'. White boys who ain't down for their volk. Supposedly, started in the california youth authority by the corrections staff as an actual classification for whites who wanted distance from the white gangs and needed segregation to PC yards.

NAC is a slang derogatory term one should know. Like Punk or other words if someone calls you this and you ain't one you better start slinging them
