The religious insurgents in that part of the war were identified as christians of the Roman Catholic faith.

is an adjective used to politely describe something that is of the interracial nature. It is derived from the stereotype that African-Americans only like mentholated cigarettes, and Caucasians despise them. It refers to the mixing of the two races via their stereotyped preferences.

Person #1: "Marcus is bring home his girlfriend from college today"

Person #2: "That's great!"

Person #1: "Yeah he's in an intermentholated relationship, they were going to repo his car."
