When a photo that has been "Instagrammed" is selected and given another Instagram filter. Originates from the idea in the film "Inception" ie. a dream within a dream. "Instagramming" and photo that has already been "instagrammed". Pronounced "Instagram-tion"

Guy 1: Dude, I totally "Instagrammed" an older photo on Instagram.

Guy 2: That's trippy. That's Instagramtion...INSTAGRAMTION!!
