Get the gonic mug.when you walk around barefoot make unfunny jokes and behave in an over all douche bag manner. a typical goon is oblivious to that fact that they're fucking everything up for everyone and that they're not fucking funny at all.
the common goon outfit consists of a black wife beater, black gym shorts, barefeet, and a backwards hat that pushes their pet groomed hair into a faux-mullet.
they take extensive pride in their caveman looking girlfriends who they treat like shit anyway. when someone goons it up they usually take 1 step foward but 5 steps back.
a person who goons it up will commit an offense against an innocent person but expect the said innocent person to assume all guilt for their confronting of you. when someone goons it up in a confrontation they usually resort to light shoving and this obnoxious tactic of pointing their index finger in your face.

Get the goonin it up mug.Everyone looking up this word saw the 1985 movie, The Goonies, and is curious as to what exactly 'Goonie' means.
If you paid attention to the movie they are being evicted from their neighborhood. OK, you all know that. But they reference it as the 'Goon Docks'. It's just the area of Astoria, Oregon where they live. Mouth mentions this clearly in the movie at the beginning before they go on their underground adventure treasure-seeking for One-Eyed Willy's rumored 'rich stuff'.
It's obvious the word means nothing other than a sland term for THEM to denote a local resident of the Goon Docks. And they did live right on the water, hence the 'Docks' part. But in any case, A Goonie is just a local from the Goon Dock neighbirhood of their town - Astoria.

The beatings and violence suppression tactics are purported to be for public health and safety purposes (of the 1%).
This is often in contrast to the suppressors efforts to accommodate a small minority within the 1% (.0001% that destroyed the economy) by failing to enforce laws, writing new laws to make illegal activities legal, and providing perverse incentives, perverse subsidies, perverse bonuses, perverse tax breaks, perverse corporate transfer of wealth from the shareholders to the top management that increase social and economic injustice and destroy the economy for the 99%. The brutal tactics are supplemented by much more repressive tactics governmental by goons of the 1% that write laws and self-regulate their activities, since these methods are more pervasive and detrimental to the 99.9%

Someone should talk to the Koch Brothers about sponsoring a tea party for the Mayors and Governors to discuss improved methods for "gooning for the 1%". These Occupy Wall Street people are getting to be a public nuisance, and want to slow the transfer of wealth and power from the poor to the rich. The Occupiers also want to criminalize illegal activities of the 1%.
