Goodber-smooth refers to an attempt of a goober to impress someone they are interested in. It can describe a person, most often that person is already a goober but now a level up, or can describe a specific comment or action of a goober that is quite suave.

I tell you, Joey is not the top jock in school but he sure is goober-smooth with the ladies.
