In contrast to classical liberalism, conservatism emphasizes the rule of law, traditional social and moral standards, and respect for authority. It also holds that society should be regulated to preserve the traditional order. In the United States, Democratic conservatism is an ideology that is mostly associated with the Republican Party, though it has a history in the Democratic Party their views on foreign policy, social issues, and military affairs have been criticized. Modern Democratic conservatism believes that religion, civil rights, traditional family values, and free markets should be supported, but that government should be limited, and the federal government should be restructured to be more efficient. They hijacked the Republican Party after the 1990s and began to use the Republican Party to promote their ideology which was the opposition to liberal policies such as abortion, gun control, gay rights, and environmentalism. In other words, they are the Dixiecrats of the 21st century.
Democratic conservatism in the United States is the main reason why Republicans are accused of racism and homophobia.

Radical democracy holds to the opinion that differences cannot be overcome through rational discourse or formal discussions. Rather than seeking to deter differences of opinion and create absolute consensus, radical democracy is an attempt to utilize those differences in manner consistent with the notion of democracy as a contest between two or more rival factions.
I prefer when political parties agree with one another? If we had a radical democracy, I would have a choice that means something and I don't know if I'm ready for that responsibility.

The album was not released in 2000, but the promise to release it "next year" was repeated then, as it has been subsequently repeated every year since, without result.
By 2003 the title had become a joke in itself. That year punk band The Offspring announced they would be using the title for their own upcoming album; a sort of protest against Axl's endless delays, which was commonly interpreted as a statement of "you snooze, you lose," although none of the band members or their representatives ever turned that particular phrase. After being served with a Cease-And-Desist Order from Axl's attorneys, the band released the album as Splinter.
Chinese Democracy, should it ever actually be released, would be the first album from Guns N' Roses since their 1991 release of Use Your Illusion 1 and Use Your Illusion 2, although many fans claim it would not actually be a Guns N' Roses album despite the use of the name because Axl Rose is the only original member still in the band.
