CarneSazo

from the latin. carne - (meat) sazo - (huge) A Mexican BBQ of epic proportions with undertones of Tejano music or a sporting event used to celebrate life moments. Fajitas, (FAH-HEE-TUZ) Costillas, (CO-STEE-YUZ) Agujas (AH-GOO-HAS) and Arracheras (AHH_RAH_CHE_RUZ) are the common Mexican cuts of meat used in conjunction with a CarneSazo that are as delicious as they are fun to pronounce. As a rule, no CarneSazo is complete without at least one person taking home a plate for a Tia (Aunt) who could not attend.

Miguel just got a promotion and invited us to a CarneSazo.
