Party Squad 

A group of special people that get together and all hold a role in trowing a party. Needs to have special operational skills like deception, intimidation, a understanding of who to tell what, how to change opinions and the inborn skill of how to handle people.

Ex. The guy whose house your going to. The bartender at the party. The guy who gets the drinks. Are all part of the driving force that holds party's known as the Party Squad.

Party-tax 

The "tax" you pay to the host of a party, in form of refund on brought booze.
In countries with a refund system on bottles and cans, it is an unwritten social rule to leave your refund at the party. Party-tax-evasion is considered a very douchy thing to do and can eventually result in social suicide

If you help with cleaning up tomorrow, I'll buy you breakfast with the party-tax.

someone who ruins the fun of a party, or someone who sharts on a party (Shit+Fart) A more creative and advanced way of calling someone a party pooper.

A person who gets loud and somewhat obnoxious after a few or several drinks but is more funny than annoying and therefore a pleasure to have in attendance.
