Ex-vegan

An ex-vegan is someone who is no longer vegan. Many vegans quit veganism due to health reasons, hair loss or other reasons such as craving meat and so they go back to eating animal products.

Unfortunately, many ex vegans get a lot of hate just because they’re no longer vegan or just because they want to improve their health and aren’t able to do so on the vegan diet. Not everyone knows that veganism doesn’t work for everyone.

On the other hand, some vegans actually accept people who are no longer vegan and are very supportive of them.

Ex-vegan: Hello guys, I’m no longer vegan which means I am now back to eating animal products as veganism hasn’t been working for me. I am doing because of health reasons and I have been dealing with hair loss.
