Ex-vegan 

A person who chooses not to be vegan anymore and decides to add animal products back into their diet. Many vegans quit veganism due to health problems or for other reasons which means the diet isn’t clearly working for them. Some ex-vegans have said they feel much better after going to back to eating animal products. Not everyone is able to thrive on a vegan diet. These people tend to get hate comments just because they want to add animal products back into their diet. Luckily, there’s also supportive vegans out there who actually respect ex-vegans who choose not to be vegan anymore.

Ex-vegan: I have decided to not be vegan anymore which means I have added animal products back into my diet.

Ex-vegan 

An ex-vegan is someone who is no longer vegan. Many vegans quit veganism due to health reasons, hair loss or other reasons such as craving meat and so they go back to eating animal products.

Unfortunately, many ex vegans get a lot of hate just because they’re no longer vegan or just because they want to improve their health and aren’t able to do so on the vegan diet. Not everyone knows that veganism doesn’t work for everyone.

On the other hand, some vegans actually accept people who are no longer vegan and are very supportive of them.

Ex-vegan: Hello guys, I’m no longer vegan which means I am now back to eating animal products as veganism hasn’t been working for me. I am doing because of health reasons and I have been dealing with hair loss.

Rude vegans: How dare you! More animals are going to die because of you! All of your hard work was all for nothing!
