The Midori Rule (named after Sou Hiyori, or Midori, from the hit game Your Turn To Die) is a policy applying to fictional characters, where if you find them physically attractive but they're personality is disgusting or they've done something unforgivable. The rule dictates that said character can hit it once, and then you will kill them.
Person A: I really hate this character. They don't deserve redemption, killing those orphans is unforgivable.
Person B: but they're attractive..
Person A: Yeah but they're a piece of shit
Person B: I plead the Midori Rule

When someone fails to understand the essential part of the statement (misses the point) and rather points out an error in that statement.
Intervention: *Trying to get through to Timmy that family is everything, and you need them.
Fam: Back when QweZey was in trouble with the law, he came to us for help. Not his boy Alex, us his family. When shit goes down TImmy, remember family is everything.
Qwezey: I actually did call him, but you guys got to me first.
Fam:*glare- *85% Rule bruh, 85% rule

When your husband is accused of fooling around with strippers, it's the wife's duty to report that he is well-endowed.
Despite accusations of strippers, Fergie invoked the Anaconda Rule, as her reason to stand by her man. Amen to that, sister.
