picking up cigarette butts

An activity homeless people are usually seen doing in carparks or in town as a source of tobacco.

I was in town and observed a person of no fixed address picking up cigarette butts, they then broke these up, discarded the filter and paper, then placed the tobacco in a tobacco bag. I later saw this person rolling up cigarettes from this source of scavenged tobacco.

Usually associated with cheating spouses, the betrayed souse believes that by doing extra and trying to make up for perceived lack of attention by the wayward spouse. This gives the cheater a sense of entitlement and power because they could say anything low or demeaning and the pick me dancer will do it. Meanwhile the Cheaters heart is with the affair partner. This can apply to any situation where one partner has a current partner and new partner, and the current one will do anything to keep them.

Hey did you see, Jane was seeing Rick and now she’s interested in Toby. Look at Rick do the pick me dance while she sits on her ass with the new guy.

Pick Me Girl

a pick me girl is someone who wants attention from "the boys". she always pointes out that she's one of the boys and that she craves the attention from everyone else except the girls. she thinks that she's diffrent from the other girls and that she's TOO unique. If you're a pick me girl, nobody likes you.

example:
normal girl: i think im gonna wear makeup for prom! Justin is taking me.

pick me girl: you wear makeup omgg! JUSTIN COME HERE! I never wear makeup its too girly, im one of the boys and were all wearing tuxes together right Justin?

Justin: Uhhh- no who said that?

other example:
Guy: I cant handle girl drama

Pick me girl: Omg SAMEEEE!!! the girls are too much drama i cant handle them!

Guy: But you're a gi-

Pick me girl: NO IM NOT JUSTIN BOO IM A SMOL BEAN

Easy Pick

American prison slang term used to describe someone that is weak, unwilling to fight back or stand up for oneself, an inmate that takes heat and flack from others and does nothing. Easy pick generates from the commissary or "store" when inmates are allowed to purchase snacks and hygiene products once a week. Inmates will test the new comers by robbing them of there commissary, hence the term "easy pick".

"The old timer inmates claim me as an easy pick, so they take my commissary every week."

Creepin on a pick up

When a friend creeps up to the girls you are picking up.

When a friend doesn't have the confidence to approach a group of girls at a bar/club, so he gets you to do the approach, and break the ice, then he comes up from nowhere, and you are forced to introduce him to the girls.

This way he has an excuse to introduce himself to the girls, this also makes him look cooler to the girls, even though he is just mooching of the my effort.

This works using a girl to do the approach too. Bring one of your female friends to the bar, and get her to spark a conversation with girl(s) and then creep up on it.

We where at a club last night and I was talking to mad girls, and buddy kept creepin on a pick up.
