A middle class white kid that grows up in suburbia who thinks he's part of a gang. Frequently seen with other hoodies, wearing hoodies, around malls, stores ect. Try to act tough and cool. Frequently listen to punk music.

All of John's friends are going to hang out near the mall and try to act tough.

Hoosiers can often be found walking like they have corn cobs up their butt, or like they have been riding horses all day. They are from hillbilly areas like St. Charles, MO, and have a general lack of respect for social decencies: nose-picking, drunken car stealing, having excessively hairy chests, and gambling in public.

They are very picky eaters.

Ryan Green is the biggest hoosier anyone has ever seen. "Narrr, I hate Taka."

A phrase you say to a person who is acting like a hoosier (the St. Louis kind, not the Indiana kind).

Let's say a person is using poor grammar, being a racist, or has on bad clothes. You would say to them, "Watch out.. your hoosier is showing."
