neuqua valley

A semi-affluent high school in Chicago's West Suburbs. It is located in Naperville, a semi-wealthy suburb on the rise. Naperville is mostly composed of educated people who couldn't afford to live on Chicago's North Shore. Most of the students that attend this school are middle-class to upper-middle class suburbinites. They compete in the Upstate Eight Conference, a semi-competitive conference in Dupage County. The average students parents at this school make roughly $80,000 a year, which is definitely above average. The demographics of this school are 77% White, 11% Asian, 6% Black, 4% Hispanic, and 2% other. Overall this is an above average school, but is not considered to be in the Top Ten Elite High Schools of Chicagoland, although they like to think they are.

Person 1: New Trier.
Person 2: Hah I'm richer than you!
Person 1: Get over yourself, Neuqua Valley isn't that rich.

Normally it means someone who studies the nerves and the brain, but when used in an angry, directed tone it means every bad name known to man, all directed at a person to degrade them to the lowest point possible.

Neutered + Noggles = Neuggles

To have placed upon your eye sockets the scrotum of a neutered animal. Most often performed by a cat while one is sleeping.

Can be used as both a noun and a verb.

Noun: "That cat just placed his neuggles on Bob Barker's face!"

Verb: "Every morning I get neuggled by my freaking cat. I suppose that's better than wearing cat noggles."

Neutral Evil

A neutral evil villain does whatever she can get away with. She is out for herself, pure and simple. She sheds no tears for those she kills, whether for profit, sport, or convenience. She has no love of order and holds no illusion that following laws, traditions, or codes would make her any better or more noble. On the other hand, she doesn't have the restless nature or love of conflict that a chaotic evil villain has.

Some neutral evil villains hold up evil as an ideal, committing evil for its own sake. Most often, such villains are devoted to evil deities or secret societies.

Neutral evil beings consider their alignment to be the best because they can advance themselves without regard for others.

Neutral evil is the most dangerous alignment because it represents pure evil without honor and without variation.

The Neutral Evil Code

The personal code of a neutral evil character may look like this:

1. You shall lie to advance yourself.

2. You shall harm the innocent to advance yourself.

3. You shall kill to advance yourself.

4. You shall not aid the weak.

5. You shall honor those who are stronger.

6. You shall follow the law only to advance yourself.

7. You shall betray friends, family, community, and nation to advance yourself.

8. You shall not aid those who protect the weak.

9. You shall not show mercy to enemies.

10. You shall seek unlimited power over others.
