this refers to a female whose cigarette breath fills the room due to her excessive smoking of up to 3 packs a day. the nicotine boost might also cause her to talk quite excessively. in order to counter this condition, the male must go to COSTCO and buy an economy pack of tic-tacz, feeding them to the unsuspecting female at 5 min. intervals, until which time he can bang her out and cut her off for good. cinnamon tic tacs work the best.
