Noun: Someone who fronts like they smoke large amounts of marijuana on a daily basis, but when you actually smoke with them they ask all stupid and can't handle their shit.

Rip bags often sketch out, or talk about "trippin" or hallucinating while high when in reality, that is not even possible and they're just rip bags.

Real stoners hate kids like this.

Person 1: "Man I smoked with Jim on the weekend, he sketched out hard and acted like a total dumbass."

Person 2 "Yeah, Jim is a total rip bag, he needs to chill the fuck out."

Jim: "Yo man I got like super stoned on the weekend and like punched a cop in the face."
