A term used to describe a young man / adult, who is obsessed and overwhelmed by the girl/ woman he's dating, and throws logic, common sense out the window, and instead clutches at stupidity and bizarre logic when dealing with her or receiving correct information about her, and refusing to accept the truth or listen to anyone regarding her.

That Xavier is completely Cunt Struck with his new girlfriend. He refuses to listen or take strong advise from his friends to end the relationship because she is so controlling, and so not right for him.
