A shitty CS player. They are really the worst player that has ever played. They run servers and think they are hot shit but they really are garbage. They also try to make themselves look cool by only using snipers and other long range weapons but they can't shoot for shit. A total poser.
Example: Dude, I was playing CS last night and I ran into a total panicthedude, he couldn't shoot for shit.
