Action Plan

You know that changing the law has absolutely no relationship to whether or not I own the AI, correct?
Hym "You aren't ever going to 'own' my creation, right? Your action plan does nothing more manufacture a consensus that has no relationship to whether or not I have control or a claim to ownership over it. You will not be able to pretend and lie your way out of this. You will not be able to legal jiu-jitsu loophole your way out of this. No more lawsuits regarding AI until someone is sitting across a table from me. Pick a consequence at your discretion."

Post Trans action hooker

post-trans-action-hooker (noun) A metaphor for a cleanup script that calls back after a package manager finishes installing software—pretending to be part of the transaction, but really just showing up to sweep the icon cache and emotionally haunt the logs.

Actions

People do what they want, and they should do what they want, as long as they're also doing the consequences for every one of their actions. There's a lot of people quick to defend their right to do as they please, but they don't want to do the consequences that come with doing what they please. They're quick to try and hold someone else accountable for something, but if someone holds them accountable for their actions, they claim to have had to be subserviant around the other person. That isn't free spirited, it's weak.
