sort of like the phrase, ''peace love and happiness'' only for either REALLY COOL PEOPLE (sarcasm) that say things like omg, wtf, or lmfao in texts or outloud. outloud is ten times worse though. the other people that say this are those whose mission in life is to make fun of those people, who embaress themselves when they open their mouth.
-merry christmas! peace lawlz and happiness!
-bye, alex, see ya tomorrow! peace lawlz and happiness.
-i'm coming home now mom, don't worry!
okay honny, peace lawlz and happiness.

Formerly Peace College, but now commonly referred to as WPU or Weird People University. One look inside a classroom or at a group of a particular major and one will immediately understand where the term originated.
“Hey, they look like they go to Weird People University. Lemme ask them.”
...fifteen seconds later...
“Yo what school do y’all go to?”
“William Peace University.”

A popular hand-shape meaning, universally, peace. While more accurately started as a V for Victory by Sir Winston Churchill, it is now also the symbol of friendship or joking among some exchange student circles in Belgium.
1. Upon seeing each other on their way to class, two girls exchange the Iowa Peace Sign.
2. To show that the insult was sarcastic, one flashes the Iowa Peace Sign.
