Typically when fandoms ship characters for no reason other then that they can.

Did you hear about the ship between the main character and that one side character?
Yeah, but I don’t really care. It’s just more ships without meaning.

Refers to da deplorable practice of not even bringing yer mailpiece to yer doorstep; da lazy-a** delivery-van driver merely leans out his window and dumps yer package at da roadside.
Ace Ventura took da concept of "drop-shipping" to a whole new level, in dat he not only repeatedly allowed da box of crockery to fall on da hard pavement, but he also forcefully bunted said unfortunate cardboard carton long distances and slammed it into walls and doors, so dat da box and its contents were totally "battered 'n' shattered" by da time it reached its "a**h**e" recipient.

An Attention shipper is a person in a fandom who doesn't personally ship two characters, but makes fanart or stories about them for recognition or because the ship is popular within the Fandom. Attention shipping might be used in commissions or in general art they make. Attention shipping could also be used in pieces that ship two characters in a satire way. However, Attention shipping does not apply for proships or conships, as those are their own thing. The emoji combo for attention shippers is currently 👀❤️
Person 1: Hey I saw your drawing today, do you really ship it?
Person 2: It's an Attention ship, it means that I don't ship it myself, but I still give myself the freedom to make media of it.

a common thing in the fandoms, that basically means a need to a couple, or in some cases more fictional characters to have a romantical relationship. Probably comes from "relationship" or in a reference to a ship(romantic feelings) drifting on sea(relationship), and when it's sailing, the couple loves each other, but if it's sinking, their love is ending.
Ships have a names, that are shortcuts from characters that we want to be together. Mostly those names are from beginning of the character's names, and the one who's more dominating(seme in our opinion, is on beginning, and the one who's not (uke), in the ending, but it can be in different arrangement
Except for that, you'll need few more words to fully understand that, such as OTP, wich means that this is a couple we want to be together the most, and NOTP - the least.

1.
-Do you ship FrUk?
-It's not my OTP. but yes, I ship that.
2.
-Ooh, the ship is sailing!
-I don't think so. They've just met.
3.
-I heard that you were crying all night long. What happened?
-Jarco had drown..
