Someone who likes killing mass amounts of people or rabbits. Usually the psycho killer doesnt stop there, he usually takes the victims and prepares them by gutting them and extracting their inards. It is all said and done by 9pm and discussed over a warm stew made possible by....the victim.

neo-psycho

An artistic style noted for its bizzare color schemes, industrial/mechanical influences, and especially its disturbing imagery, for the most part tastefully done and exhibited, occasionally with a story. The focus of the art is usually mental illness or insanity, though murder shows up as well. It is similar to experimental film.

Though the origin of the phrase is unknown, it is first presented on the website koms.ru, a Russian animation site.

The animator's color choice, combined with the imagery during the character's breakdown, made for a real neo-psycho feel to the piece.
