A list or group of the ones that are not as not as desired, admired or well known as those on the A-list. Usually used when describing actors.

e.g. A B-list actor usually cannot afford to turn down as many roles as a mega star can.

because the idiots above pissed me off, here is what a /b/tard is:
a /b/tard is one who actively posts or lurks on the /b/ board at either 4chan.org, notfourchan.net, 7chan.org, 12chan.org, iichan.org, ebaumsworld, ytmdn or countless others. to those who it concerns, yes in writing this i am breaking rules 1 and 2, but you will get over it.
there is so much more to it than this, but that is all you need to know.

a /b/tard is one who introduced you first to Goatse.

B Peps

Referring to a registered sex offender who was charged with 30 days in jail with 5 years probation for "Gross Sexual Imposition." His seemingly fake lead to a rumor that the picture was doctored. This rumor was later disproved by the Attorney General's office who stated that the allegedly fake photo was accurate.
