Based on the Inbetweeners 'the minge mobile' that they do 'pussy patrol' in, meaning looking for girls but this is the version for girls to use when they are on 'penile patrol' looking for boys! The car they use is known as the 'penile wagon' rather than the 'minge mobile.'
