2. everyday use of a flirtatious laugh indicating possible interest in a member of the opposite sex, most frequently used by young women

a person who obnoxiously laughs at everything but really puts so substantial input into any given conversation.

You say something funny (or not funny) and they laugh. You say something again that might be funny (or not funny) and they continue to laugh. Then they are annoying.

Sentence: That laugher won't shut up.
