A "man" that is from Bemidji Minnesota and is known for all of his "cool stunts." A Cullen will tell you millions of times how much he loves Honda Civics, which he drives but the car is not his.
A Cullen will take his "friends" car and crash it and blame it on you. A Cullen will not pay you back for anything he takes from you. A Cullen will say that he has "fire weed" but no one will get high off of it. A Cullen will tell you he has a "badass truck" and "bombass subs."
