A phrase used by black folk as a substitute for the word 'I' when talking in the first person. Occasionally, one will point at himself as he uses the phrase.

A person of non-african decent who was born and raised in a prodominantly black community, and lived there most of his/her life. A white, hispanic, asian, or indian person reared in East St. Louis, for example. This individual may live his or her entire natural born life not knowing he or she is indeed an 'Honorary Nigga'. But persons of african ancestory may conversate about the merit of the so-called 'Honorary Nigga'. To qualify, the best candidates exhibit a total lack of awareness of their "race" and behave in the manner of the peoples they grew up around with, like *ahem* a nigga. Possibly Eminem, but he (like Elvis) benefited from being culturally accepted by whites who didn't accept the nearly unamiously black genres of rock and roll, jazz, soul and hip/hop until Eminem (and Elvis) sold it to them. A nigga spic is a Hispanic that tries to be like urban black thugs, gangsters and their mannerisms.
That isn't to say all black people are like that, however some are going to live up to stereotypes or preconceived notions.
A nigga spic frowns upon being Hispanic and or of it's customs and traditions, and tries to be as ghetto as possible like a ghetto black person in the streets or the projects.
A nigga spic speaks nothing but unintelligible gibberish, they prefer hip hop over Latin music, they love to drink, use drugs, they're lazy as fuck, they live off welfare, and they're lousy at being fathers to their children.

The ultimate insult used to hit all 3 boxes that need to be checked when constructing your Hail Mary of an insult. It has the intelligence insulting defined by stupid which is guaranteed to piss off your target, as well as having the nigga (not racially) which lets the target know that they are an inferior specimen compared to your self. The cherry on top being the bruh which really hits home and lets the target know that what they have just said is truly incomprehensible.
