A situation that becomes chaotic because you’re forced to do other people’s jobs, fix their mistakes, or carry responsibilities that aren’t yours — and you struggle under the weight of it instead of things functioning as they should.

This didn’t need to be a debatical, but here we are.

break debater

A teacher or lecturer who debates with an unresponsive audience as to whether or not they should take a break during the course of the lecture, thereby wasting all the time that should have been spent on the break, debating on whether or not to take the break in the first place.

A break debater would debate a break in this manner: " Should we take a break? (waits for audience response of which there is none).....Yes?.....No?......Take a break?..... Yes take a break?..... No? (waits)"

Taken from the phrase year dot, year debt refers to a year when you've got lots of debt to pay back, especially after having a merry cashmas.

conjugal debit

A formal way, sometimes mentioned in court, of referring marital sex.

Curiosity:
Apparently lack of sex is enough justification to file for divorce and the the "Conjugal debit" frequency is set to once every fortnight.

Given that you have failed to provide conjugal debit to your spouse, we find the divorce request valid, and must rule in their favour.

During one of our many urban debates with my roommates. We discussed whether the word "consent" or "command" should be used for the quote: Fornication Under the Command of the King! I opted to use the word "command."

slap debt

When someone wins a slap bet but has yet to deliver the slap. This may be due to a desire to strategically time the slap or, more commonly, the lack of fortitude to strike a fellow human being.

"Dude, I heard you lost a slap bet to Tracie last week! That must have hurt!"

"Naw, she still owes me a slap debt. She doesn't have it in her."
