Collin is a law abiding middle aged man that enjoys employing citizens arrests at a moments notice the second he notices a black gentleman enter his local trader joe's.
He drives a white whip, and tops off his outfit by wearing white shades, and an iphone. He has three sons, Will, Chad, and Brad, who have been in little league since the moment they could walk. They are all burnt out, and suffering from polio, but Collin won't accept quiters or vaccines. You can't get autism if you die from polio, afterall.
