1. The seriously cool new version of Cheetos' mascot. He is a smooth talker and devious cheetah encouraging people to use his cheesy goodness as a weapon as well as delicious food.

Arrogant lady talks about her son's trilingual emersion program. The lady she's talking to is annoyed and doesn't want to listen to her "blah blah blah" so she pats her on the back with her Cheeto-covered hands and says she has to go to the car to get something. That expensive white blouse will not be very pretty for long. Papa Chester sees this and approves with, "Papa Chester's proud of you."
