a blessing and a curse at the same time, although the emphasis can be placed on one versus the other depending on the context. a blessing because mark zuckerburg made himself a bazillionaire. a curse because it rhymes with the F word and can be said with the same emphasis.

as in "go ZUCK yourself, genius" (said sarcastically to someone that's being a jackass but you still would like to be kind)

as in "you go girl - go zuck yourself" (said with a pretend magic wand as in "go make yourself bazillionaire")

Zuckerberg Rape

When Mark Zuckerberg decides to "upgrade" a service that you are used to and completely comfortable with and forces you to permanently use a new, unintuitive and less convenient one with no say in the matter.
This violation can happen multiple times and never requires consent on the part of the facebook user.

Also, facebook has no actual support service so complaints of Zuckerberg Rape generally go unanswered (sort of like claims of rape in certain neighborhoods in Camden New Jersey)

Shit! The latest zuckerberg rape combined my photo albums, message manager and poke button into a new clusterfuck of programming that keeps stalling, shutting down and accepting my mothers friend request! Fuck you Zukerberg!

A Zuckerpunch is an "evil" interface is meant to trick users into doing things they don't want to. Greg Conti's examples include aggressive pop-up ads, malware that masquerades as anti-virus software, and pre-checked checkboxes for unwanted "special offers".
